Our reunion this year will be held a skosh early in order to join our MiMi Brethren along Florida's Emerald Coast.
The beach, Spring Break, and MiMi's... we may want to keep 1-800-224-5937 handy...

Ossie McMahon has taken point for the Mimi's and we'll piggie back on it. Rooms are blocked off at the Ramada in FWB.

Everyone is responsible for making their own reservation. FYI SILENT SHIELD SUMMIT is set for 20-24 April. This means the DSOs worldwide will be coming this way and the overseas guys will be coming in on the weekend, so don't delay too long in getting your room.

Here's how to do it...

Go To - Ramada Inn.

On the left side of the page there is a RESERVATIONS box, at the bottom of that box it says Special Rates; click on that.

On the next screen you will see GROUP RESERVATIONS click on that.

On the next page you will need to enter your Password which is MIMI09.

This takes you to where you begin making your reservation. These pages all tell you how to proceed so you should be good to go.

Standard room - $142 Courtyard - $151 Pool View - $165 Gulf Front - $179

NOTE:  If you haven't made your reservations yet, check out the Packages and Specials link... if you are going to stay all 3 days, you can save about $50 ($119 a night for the standard room).

A hospitality area (Oasis) will be set up and it will run us $100 per night (Fri/Sat) and if we still want it for Sun it is FREE. We can bring in kegs and our own whiskey.

There is a lobby bar with complimentary hors d'oeuvres weeknights from 5-7pm.

There is a BBQ hut next to the pool.

Grotto Bar - Located under their swimming pool, and is part of the 50 foot tropical island. Swim through the waterfalls to this cave or enter via the walkway.

As of yet, there is no set itinerary (other than the hospitality rooms and chillin' on the beach). MTF as it develops.
